Thoughts on the 2025 Denver Broncos Schedule

The NFL, including the Denver Broncos, released its entire 2025 season schedule on Wednesday. Opponents and locations had been known since the conclusion of the 2024 regular season, but the exact dates and times were not unveiled until May 14. With the schedule now set, let's take a deeper look at it. WEEK 1 – TENNESSEE – Sunday, Sept. 7, 2025, at 2:05 p.m. MDT The Broncos will open the season at home against the Tennessee Titans and the first overall pick in this year's NFL Draft, Cam Ward. The Broncos last played the Titans at home in 2020, which was also in Week 1. Denver fell short that Monday night, 16 to 14. The Broncos and Titans, formerly the Houston Oilers, have a rich history of previous contests between the clubs, dating back to the days of the AFL. Rarely, however, have the two teams played in Denver during the month of September. Doing so in consecutive matchups, and in Week 1, is an interesting occurrence. 2024 Denver Broncos Final Training Camp Session/Green Bay Packers Joint Practice

The heat and an unabating sun returned to Dove Valley for the final 2024 training camp practice open to the fans, as well as a joint session with the Green Bay Packers. The Denver Broncos brought their own intense energy and fire to yesterday's practice that even Mr. Sun could admire. I missed applying sunscreen on two small spots yesterday, and I am paying for it now. The berm was packed to the brim with Broncos fans, along with a solid showing of cheeseheads, who as a fanbase  always travel well  or are Wisconsin/Midwest transplants now living in Colorado or other parts of the Western United States. I sat next to some very pleasant Packers fans, including one who moved to Colorado in 1982 from eastern Wisconsin. I also met a diehard Bronco fan, who shares a name with Billy Thompson and had some incredible stories involving some incredible Mile High Moments, including a bus he bought that he turned into a tailgating shrine on wheels for the Orange and Blue and the team's...

2024 Denver Broncos Training Camp Day 6 Report

It was a scorcher out on the berm for Day 6 of the 2024 training camp for the Denver Broncos. By the time practice ended, it was well over 90° F, and the sun was unrelenting the entire session, with zero cloud cover. As The Stranglers sing : There's always the sun (always the sun) There's always the sun Always, always (always the sun) The heat did not keep fans away, however, as the berm filled up quickly this morning, although the numbers dwindled some as practice went on. Today's practice started promptly at 10:00 a.m. MDT and ended at 11:52 a.m. MDT. The biggest storyline from today appears that the starting quarterback competition—at least for now—appears to be narrowing down between Jarrett Stidham and Bo Nix. I think the preseason games will play a determinative factor in who both starts and how many quarterbacks the Broncos carry on their 53-man roster come September. Even if the race is down to Stidham and Nix for now, I think that Stidham has to really shine in the...
